The average cost of a wedding venue in Cleveland is $5,000 - $15,000 - that’s just the rental fee! Our goal is to make your special day as affordable as possible while offering the highest quality experience for you and your guests. A reasonable rental fee + a modest bar minimum is all we charge. Chef Mike Schoen will work with you to create the perfect menu while working within your budget. Unlike most venues, we do not nickel and dime you to death. Our pricing is straightforward and our experienced team of wedding coordinators will be by your side during all phases of planning through your wedding day. Our Lakewood location can accomodate weddings of up to 180 people. The space is designed to create a unique and memorable venue for your special day. With murals, creative lighting and lots of plants, the space is if perfect for your wedding pictures. Our large patio allows your guests to step outside during your celebration. We know how important your special day is so our dedicated wedding staff will work closely with you to make sure it is everything you imagined and more! “My wife and I have been going to BottleHouse for years. There are a lot of microbreweries out there, especially in Cleveland, but very few have such a consistent quality of the beer and almost none have mead, especially good mead. Their brewmasters aren’t afraid to experiment with new or difficult styles, like sours and Belgians, and do better than a lot of long-established breweries and big corporations with far more resources. Although I’ve been to the east side before, Lakewood is more convenient and I just love the old tavern vibe, deep wood tones, stonework, and being able to see the casks while they silently age the next batches. There’s also a chill patio and absolutely delicious kitchen run by culinary savant Chef Mike.

With all that, we chose it as the venue for our wedding and it was a steal. We had the entire place for the whole day, dropped things off the night before and were able to pick them up later in the morning the day after when they were already setting up for another wedding! There was a small deposit and a minimum for the bar tab, but that was it. We worked with Kristin for almost a year and a half as we planned things out. Even throughout the pandemic, we kept things on track and checked in to see what was changing and how we needed to prepare. She worked directly with our coordinator and they took care of moving everything around, set-up, teardown, and cleanup.

As one of the first big parties after 2020, people got a little crazier than they might’ve otherwise. Brianna warned us when the bar tab was getting close to running out and was easily able to extend it for just the draft list and then switch to cash towards the end without a problem. BottleHouse even added specialty cocktails for us, which included gold flakes. Throughout the entire thing, the staff was diligent, quick, and upbeat. All in all, it was one of the easiest parts of the whole experience and a wonderful, memorable evening.” - Kai & Shannon C.
